J U D G M E N T

The petitioner apprehends cancellation of building permit even without hearing him. Ext.P2 representation put in by the petitioner in this regard is pending.

2. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation with notice to the petitioner and the third respondent complainant. The permit shall not be cancelled except after affording an opportunity to the parties of being heard.

3. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with the writ petition before the second respondent for compliance.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
