J U D G M E N T
The petitioner, without any statement as to his locus to file a petition seeking sufficient playground for the Vocational Higher Secondary School, the 4th respondent, has approached this Court with a writ petition seeking consideration of Ext.P3 representation. It is not clear as to how the petitioner is aggrieved by the lack of playground facility and how he is interested in the affairs of the aided school.

The Manager appears through counsel and submits that there is a dispute with respect to the property and pending resolution of such dispute the playground has not been allowed to be used. The D.P.I. also is said to be looking into the matter.
W.P.(C) No. 26177/2015 -2In such circumstance, there is no reason why the petitioner's application should be considered. The writ petition would stand dismissed in limine.
