J U D G M E N T

Ext.P1 application of the petitioner for revision of his own timings for operating stage carriage, KL 11/AE 2268 is pending consideration before the respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent to consider this application within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned government Pleader for the respondent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 application within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
