JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P3 application filed for the grant of fitness certificate. The petitioner seeks fitness certificate to the building No. 33/678 in order to conduct the classes for students in the the school. 2.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 application with notice to the petitioner and the objectors if any. Final orders shall be passed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
