JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, CJ.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging Police harassment. The petitioner's grievance is that with regard to a petty crime registered against him, in which he has already taken bail. He submits that the Police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner by visiting his house.

3. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that Crime No.1492/15 was registered with regard to a motorcycle. Subsequently, another Crime, namely, Crime No.1576/15 was registered with regard to a car, in which the petitioner has taken bail. The learned

W.P(C).26262/15 Government Pleader further submits that the petitioner was called to produce the vehicle and give his statement, but neither of which was done by the petitioner. In that connection the petitioner was called and there is no kind of any Police harassment. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not aware of the first crime registered against him. He submits that the petitioner, after verification, shall take appropriate steps regarding the crime.

In the above view of the matter, we do not find that this is a case of Police harassment. The Writ Petition is closed.
