J U D G M E N T

One of the respondents in W.P.(C)No.23244/12 and connected case has approached this Court. The above writ petition was filed by N.A.Shereefa and others to receive land tax in respect of the property situated in re-survey No.530/6 of Thrikkakara North Village. This Court has ordered to receive the land tax from the said Shereefa and others, subject to the outcome of the Civil Suit pending between the petitioner herein and Shereefa in O.S.No.617/07 on the file of the Sub Court, Ernakulam.

2. In the Thandapperu register, the land tax was ordered to be received. The petitioner's grievance is that in the transfer register, the reference is made with respect to the writ petition and not with respect to the civil suit now pending, in the light of the judgment of this Court in the writ petition referred above. It is ordered that the endorsement

W.P.(C)No.26266 of 2015 made in the Thandapperu register shall made with reference to the pendency of O.S.No.617/07 of the Sub Court, Ernakulam, and receipt of land tax would be subject to the outcome of the above civil suit.
