JUDGMENT

This Writ Petition is filed as the revenue officials refused to receive land tax in respect of the property owned by the petitioner comprised in Sy.No.127/2A, 2B of Kulashegharamangalom Village, Vaikom Taluk.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that this is on account of the revenue recovery proceedings initiated against the petitioner. This Court is of the view that notwithstanding revenue recovery proceedings, land tax shall be received from the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
