The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P2 application for replacement of the vehicle. The same is followed up by Ext.P3 covering letter addressed by the petitioner.
2. The petitioner wants to replace the vehicle KL-53-F-1959 with another vehicle KL-10-R-7799. The petitioner asserts that the vehicle now offered though older than the outgoing vehicle is in good condition.
3. I direct the respondent to pass final orders on Ext.P2 application expeditiously. The same shall be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
