JUDGMENT

The petitioner laments that there is delay on the part of the respondent in complying with the directions contained in Ext.P3 judgment of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal. Ext.P4 proceedings of the respondent reveal that further report has been called for from the Field Officer in the matter of compliance.

I direct the respondent to take the proceedings to a logical end within a period of one month. The directions in Ext.P3 judgment shall be strictly adhered to unless and until the same is varied as per law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
