J U D G M E N T

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P2 appeal pending with the second respondent. The appeal has been filed against the grant of licence to the third respondent for running a poultry farm.

2. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P2 appeal with notice to the petitioner and the third respondent. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
