JUDGMENT

The petitioner, the Manager of a school, is aggrieved with the rejection of approval of the appointment granted to the 5th respondent. The Assistant Educational Officer as also the District Educational Officer refused to approve the said appointment. The said orders are produced at Exhibits P2 and P3.

2. Admittedly there is a revision pending before the 2nd respondent, the Director of Public Instruction, against Exhibit P3, the memorandum of which is produced at Exhibit P6. In such circumstance, it is only proper that the revision be disposed of expeditiously, at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment; after affording an opportunity for hearing to the petitioner. It is directed so. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
