JUDGMENT
The petitioner approached the first respondent under Clause 6
(2) of the Kerala Land Utilisation Order, 1967 (for short, the 'Order'). The petitioner seeks permission for constructing a building in the property.

In view of the above, the Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to consider the applcation in terms of Clause 6(2) of the Order for granting permission for construction. However, if the petitioner wants to remove earth from the land, permission from the Geologist is necessary. Necessary orders shall be passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer under the Order within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
