JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks disbursement of the amount due under Exts. P1 to P4 bills. It is submitted that amounts are due for disbursement as per the priority list. 2.

The disbursement of the admitted amount due to the petitioner cannot be further delayed. Similar writ petitions have been disposed of directing the payments to be effected within three weeks.

I direct the respondents to disburse the admitted amount due to the petitioner under Exts.P1 to P4 bills. Ext. P8 representation filed in this regard shall be dealt with within two weeks.

Every endeavour shall be made to disburse the admitted amount due to the petitioner within a period of two weeks.

The writ petition is disposed of.
