JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the Manager of Janakeeya Vidyalayam, Machad, Manalithara an aided Lower Primary School in Wadakkanchery Educational Sub District in Thrissur District. The 6th respondent is the Manager of Arogyamatha Lower Primary School, Karummathara, an unaided unrecognized L.P.School. The petitioner submits that the Government is proposing to grant recognition to the 6th respondent. The petitioner submits that action of the Government is without adverting to the educational need of the area and other relevant factors. Challenging the action of the Government, the writ petition is filed.

Admittedly, no recognition has been so far granted to the 6th respondent. In view of the matter, there is nothing for

W.P.(C) No.29263 of 2013 2 this Court to adjudicate in this writ petition. If any application is submitted by the 6th respondent for granting recognition, necessarily, the petitioner shall also be heard before taking final decision.
