J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has filed Ext.P1 application for variation of regular permit. The first respondent by Ext.P2 order has called for a report from the second respondent. It is submitted that the second respondent is in the process of filing a report as sought by the first respondent.

2. The next meeting of the first respondent is slated on 15.9.2015. Every endeavour shall be made to pass final orders on Ext.P1 application on that date. The petitioner shall be present for the meeting of the first respondent on 15.9.2015.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
