Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.

2. By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 to provide adequate protection to the life and property of the petitioner and her family members from respondents Nos.5 to 8. The relief claimed in the writ petition relates to enjoyment of the property and that right has to be obtained by the petitioner from competent Court. The reliefs claimed by the petitioner cannot be granted in a police protection matter.

With the above observation this Writ Petition is closed. Ashok Bhushan, Chief Justice.
