JUDGMENT

The above writ petition was filed for permission to participate in the 3rd semester examination, which was scheduled to commence from 9.11.2009. Petitioner was granted an interim order, directing provisional permission to appear in the 3rd semester B.Tech. degree, as per interim order dated 4.11.2009. Later on, by another order dated 27.7.2010, it was recorded that, the learned Standing Counsel for the University submitted that, disciplinary proceedings were initiated against the petitioner for malpractice and the same has been finalized by cancelling the petitioner's 1st and 2nd semester examinations and debarring the petitioner from May, 2010. Nothing survives in the writ petition, as of now. Writ petition is dismissed. K. Vinod Chandran, Judge.
