JUDGMENT

The petitioners confine their relief to an early consideration of Ext.P2 application filed for transfer of permit by the first petitioner in favour of the second respondent. Such transfer is sought in respect of the permit to operate the stage carriage KL07/BS 8006 on the route Thookkupalam - Thodupuzha. 2.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P2 application and pass final orders thereon within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Needless to say that the proceedings shall be taken to a logical end within the time aforestated by the Regional Transport Authority to whom the respondent will forward Ext.P2 application. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
