J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks permission to sit for the Part-II Final BDS Supplementary Examinations. The petitioner has not been successful in the final year Part-I BDS Supplementary Examination. The petitioner has of course sat for the final year Part-I BDS Supplementary Examination. But the results of the final year Part-I BDS Supplementary Examination has not hither to been published.

2. The petitioner is provisionally permitted to sit for the final year Part-II BDS Supplementary Examination. The results of the final year Part-II BDS Supplementary Examination shall be withheld and the results shall be published only after the petitioner is successful in the final year Part-I BDS Supplementary Examination. The results of the final year Part-II BDS Supplementary Examination will be published in the event of the petitioner passing the final year Part-I BDS Supplementary Examination.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
