J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved by the parking of auto rickshaws obstructing the ingress and egress to the shop. The petitioner asserts that the very functioning of the auto stand in the said place at the Cheralai Junction is bad.

2. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P1 representation to respondents 1 to 3. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P1 representation within a period of one month. The petitioner as well as the affected parties shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
