JUDGMENT
Ext. P1 contract carriage permit reveals that the vehicle KL-11-R-6926 belonged to the AUP School, Vakayad, Naduvannur, Kozhikode. The permit was valid for the period from 27.09.2011 to 26.09.2016 during which period the school enjoyed exemption from the payment of dues to the respondent.

The respondent shall verify as to whether there was any arrears prior to the purchase of the vehicle by the school. The petitioner on clearing the dues (excluding the period covered by Ext. P1 permit) shall be permitted to register the name of employees engaged by him in the stage carriage. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of.
