J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, a High School Assistant in English, is aggrieved with the order of approval of appointment limiting the term only upto the closing of the school for mid-summer vacation during the academic year 2008-09, evidenced at Exhibit P1.

2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that she was appointed as HSA (English) from 02.06.2008 in an additional division vacancy and further re-appointed as such, under the same management in another school, from 01.06.2009 in a regular retirement vacancy. The non-approval of the appointment during the period 01.04.2009 to 31.05.2009 was challenged in appeal before the 3rd respondent, vide Exhibit P3. Thereafter the petitioner filed a revision before the 2nd respondent on 20.08.2013, evidenced at Exhibit P4. The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-consideration of the revision, Exhibit P4, by the 2nd respondent, till date.

3. Exhibit P4 revision, challenging non-approval of the appointment between 01.04.2009 to 31.05.2009 is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent from October, 2013. In such circumstance, it is only proper that the revision be disposed of expeditiously, at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment; after affording an opportunity for hearing to the petitioner. It is directed so. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
