J U D G M E N T
Shaffique, J.
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for police protection inter alia alleging that a meeting of the General Council of Indian Pentecostal Church of God is scheduled to be held from 8.9.2015 to 10.9.2015 and another meeting is scheduled to be held on 11.9.2015. The petitioner apprehends that there might be some law and order problem with reference to the conduct of meeting by certain group of members, who are against the Organisation. The petitioner had submitted Ext.P4 complaint to the police, but he apprehends that the police may not take any action unless directions are issued by this Court. 2.
Having regard to the nature of order being passed in this writ petition, no notice is required to be issued to the 3rd respondent.

The Organisation, in which the petitioner is the Secretary has to conduct their meetings, for which, this Court cannot interfere with the internal dispute among the members.
W.P.(C) No.26920 of 2015 -: 2 :- However, if there is any law and order situation, the police can interfere and take necessary action. We only observe that the 2nd respondent shall look into Ext.P4 complaint and take necessary action in accordance with the procedure prescribed and prevent any law and order situation, which may arise during the aforesaid meetings.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
