JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 1st respondent not to cancel Ext.P3 licence dated 8.10.2014 on the basis of any complaint filed by respondents 2 to 4 without affording him an opportunity of being heard.

2.

By order dated 17.10.2014 this Court passed an interim order directing the 1st respondent not to cancel any valid permit issued to the petitioner without affording him an opportunity of being heard. Now the validity of Ext.P3 licence is already over on 25.10.2014. In that view of the matter the petitioner is not entitled for any further relief in this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition fails and the same is dismissed. No order as to costs.

ANIL K.NARENDRAN, JUDGE skj
