JUDGMENT
The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P1 representation filed to revise the timings of the operation of his stage carriage service on the route covered by the permit.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P1 representation and decide about the necessity to revise the timings as sought within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Needless to say that the petitioner as well as the other operators on the route shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
