J U D G M E N T

The only prayer in the writ petition is for consideration of Ext.P6 representation filed before the 1st respondent. In such circumstance, the petitioner shall be afforded an opportunity of hearing by notice through registered post and Ext.P6, if pending in original before the 1st respondent, shall be considered, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this judgment.
