JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, CJ.

This writ petition has been filed seeking police protection against respondents 4 to 6 alleging that they have obstructed the petitioner and her son from entering the house property. It is clear that O.S. No.203 of 1995 was filed by the petitioner against which appeal was also filed as A.S.No.778 of 1998, which was dismissed on 1.11.2012.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader further submits that after the filing of the writ petition, no untoward incident has been reported to the police and in the event there is any law and order situation, police shall act, if proper complaint is submitted before the police.

Hence we close the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the police if any further cause of action arises.
