J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, widow of Sri.T. Santhosh who was a drain worker in the Zonal Office of Cochin Corporation, seeks disbursement of retirement benefits. The petitioner's grievance is that Exts.P2 to P3 applications have not been considered till date by the 2nd respondent. 2.

Considering the confined prayer made, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the applications, in accordance with law, and disburse the full pension and retirement beneftis within three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
