JUDGMENT

The petitioner laments that the regular permit has not so far been issued after settlement of timings despite the grant of same. The petitioner contends that more than one month has elapsed since Ext. P1 proceedings was passed granting the regular permit.

I direct the respondent to issue regular permit to the petitioner after settlement of timings within a period of one month. The plea that no service is being operated after the inauguration of Muriyamkanni Bridge shall also be taken into consideration.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
