JUDGMENT
The 1st petitioner is the All Kerala Organic Manure Distributors Association and the other petitioners are the members of the 1st petitioner's association.
2. The petitioners submit that they are engaged in the distribution of the organic manure in agriculture so as to facilitate organic farming in Kerala. According to them, Organic Manure is mainly consists of animal matter and plant matter. It is submitted that animal matter like chicken litter, cow dung and the slurry from pig and goat collected from the neighbouring states and transported to various places in Kerala.
3. They approached this Court alleging illegal interception of the vehicles by the Police Officers at various
W.P.(C).No. 27060 of 2015 -2places. They arrayed different Station House Officers in Kerala in the party array.
5. The petitioners highlighted their grievances before the 1st respondent-The State Police Chief by Ext.P2.
6. This Court is of the view that the 1st respondent shall take appropriate decision on Ext.P2 if it possible by formulating necessary guidelines in this regard for guidances to be followed by the Police Authorities. Needful shall be done within a period of three months after giving notice to the petitioners. The petitioners shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with the judgment for compliance. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
