The petitioner has not evidently produced the current records within the time stipulated in the judgment dated 25.11.2014 in W.P.(C). No. 31436/2014. The remedy of the petitioner is to move for enlargement of time in the said writ petition to avert steps for revocation of permit. 2.

There cannot be a direction to consider the application for replacement of the vehicle in this writ petition when the directions in the judgment in W.P.(C). No. 31436/2014 are not complied with.

The present writ petition is disposed of without prejudice to the right of the petitioner as indicated above. V. CHITAMBARESH JUDGE
