JUDGMENT

The petitioner contends that the varied permit though granted has not hitherto been issued and the timings settled. 2.

I direct the respondent to issue the revised permit granted subject to settlement of timings. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
