J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this court on account of the delay on the part of 3rd respondent in taking action pursuant to Ext.P3 representation forwarded to District Collector as per Ext.P4 issued from the office of the Chief Minister.

2. The matter is relating to the construction of a monument in the name of late Sri.Adikkala Padmanabhan Nambiar, a freedom fighter. This Court is of the view that appropriate decision shall be taken by the District Collector in the light of Exts.P3 and P4 within 3 months of receipt of copy of this judgment.
