J U D G M E N T

The petitioner's grievance is that Ext.P8 representation filed on 27.07.2015 has not been considered till date by the 1st respondent.

Considering the confined prayer made, the petitioner shall appear before the Office of the 1st respondent on 16.09.2015, on which day the petitioner shall be given a date of hearing, preferably within two weeks from that date, and the matter shall be considered and disposed of as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within one month from the date of hearing.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation.
