JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved by non-implementation of Ext.P1 transfer order to the extent of transferring him from Kannanamkulam Siva Temple to Ponjanam Temple, has approached this Court. The petitioner submits that the second respondent failed to relieve the petitioner from Kannanamkulam Siva Temple to enable him to join duty at Ponjanam Temple. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the Board that they are prepared to permit the petitioner to join duty at Ponjanam Temple. This submission is recorded. Therefore, the petitioner shall be permitted to join at Ponjanam Temple within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment This writ petition is disposed of as above.
