J U D G M E N T

Ashok Bhushan, C.J.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the 1st respondent in view of the judgment which is being passed. 2.

In this writ petition, petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondents 2 to 5 to grant adequate police protection to the petitioner. Petitioner's case is that petitioner has two daughters and 1st respondent is the son in law of the petitioner. Allegation has been made against the 1st respondent that he has entered into the house and is asking for partition of the property.

Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submitted that after receipt of the complaint, 1st respondent was called at the Police Station by the 3rd respondent and has been warned. It is submitted that there has been no

W.P(C) No.27135/15 -:2:- complaint thereafter. In the above view of the matter, we see no reason to issue any direction. We, however, observe that as and when any attempt or offence is committed, it shall be open for the petitioner to file a complaint, which shall be looked into. Writ petition is closed.
