JUDGMENT
Ashok Bhushan, CJ.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the fifth respondent, in view of the order, which is being passed.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging Police harassment. The petitioners' case is that there were certain transactions between the petitioner and the fifth respondent, with regard to which Exhibit P1 agreement was executed. It is submitted that on a complaint filed by the fifth respondent, the petitioners were called at the Police Station on 17th and 18th August, 2015. It is submitted that it is nothing but harassment by Police, who are asking the petitioners to execute another agreement.

3. The learned Government Pleader, after obtaining obstructions, submitted that on the complaint filed by the fifth respondent regarding cheating, the petitioners were called and statements were recorded. It is also submitted that after coming to know that the dispute is of civil nature, the complaint has been closed and no further action has been taken by the Police authorities.
