J U D G M E N T

The petitioner asserts that the services operated by the third respondent on the strength of temporary permit granted by Ext.P3 order causes prejudice. The petitioner adds that the timings pursuant to the temporary permit issued clashes with his existing timings.

2. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P4 objection as regards the timing tentatively allotted to the third respondent.

3. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P4 objection with notice to the petitioner and other operators on the route. The needful shall be done within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
