JUDGMENT
The petitioner originally sought variation and extention of the route and issuance of permit accordingly. The petitioner has now given up the claim for variation and is rest contended with the extention of the route. That is a matter to be considered by the first respondent before whom Ext.P3 proceedings are pending.
2.
I direct the first respondent to take the proceedings to a logical end within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. V.CHITAMBARESH, JUDGE sks
