J U D G M E N T

The petitioner approached the respondent for obtaining sanction to prosecute Smt. Beena Natesh, Assistant Director of Agriculture, Cherthala. The petitioner approached this Court on account of delay in disposing Ext.P2.

2.

The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that already decision has been taken to conduct a departmental enquiry as the amount involved is less than one lakh.

This Court is of the view that there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 in accordance with the law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
