--------------------------------------- W.P.(c) No. 27219 of 2015 ---------------------------------------- Dated this the 09th day of September, 2015
JUDGMENT
The petitioner, a Primary Co-operative Society, initially enjoyed Class-I category. Later, through Exhibit P5, the third respondent reclassified the petitioners' Society as belonging to Class-II. Ventilating his grievance that in terms of Exhibit P3 Circular and Exhibit P9 Government Order, the petitioner is still entitled to retain its Class-I category, it submitted Exhibit P10 representation before the third respondent for re-considering the classification assigned to the petitioner. Complaining the delay in the disposal of Exhibit P10 representation, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
2. In response to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader has submitted that the third respondent is willing to consider
W.P.(c) No. 27219 of 2015 petitioner's Exhibit P10 representation on merits, expeditiously.
3. In the facts and circumstances, having regard to the respective submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondent, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, disposes of the present writ petition with a direction to the third respondent to consider Exhibit P10 representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders thereon as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
