JUDGMENT

The petitioner is 85 years old as octogenarian. The petitioner entered into an agreement with the 3rd respondent for running veg and non-veg Canteen outside Malampuzha Garden for a period from 24.06.2015 to 23.06.2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the space allotted to the petitioner is near to comfort station. It is further submitted that if he is allotted a space in the car parking which is outside the Malampuzha park, it will be convenient to all persons coming into the malampuzha park.

3. This Court is of the view that the petitioner's

W.P.(C).No. 27338 of 2015 -2grievance shall be adverted by the 3rd respondent and if it is not inconvenient to any other persons, an attempt shall be made to accommodate petitioner's grievance. Needful shall be done within a period of one month.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
