Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.
2. This writ petition has been filed alleging police harassment. Petitioner's case is that he is a Doctor by profession and working as Head of a Department. Petitioner's case is that he is being harassed by calling to appear before the police authorities. Petitioner's case is that the 1st respondent informed that he shall come to the petitioner's house and will arrest him.
3. Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submitted that as per Section 156 Cr.P.C, a private complaint was forwarded to the police on which Crime No.2592/2015 has been registered against the petitioner and in that connection the petitioner was called to appear. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has already moved for Anticipatory Bail.
WP(C) No. 27393 of 2015 -:2:- In the above view of the matter, we do not find any police harassment in this case. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
