Seeking its expeditious disposal, it has filed the present writ petition.
2. Despite service of notice, none appears for the contesting private respondents.
3. At any rate, the learned Government Pleader has submitted that the first respondent is willing to consider Exhibit P3 statutory appeals, as expeditiously as possible. In the facts and circumstances, having regard to the respective submissions of the learned Standing Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court, without adverting to the merits of the matter, disposes of the writ petitions with a direction to the first respondent to consider Exhibit P3 statutory appeal of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, at any
