JUDGMENT

The petitioner asserts that he as put in more than 25 years of service as CLR Garage Mazdoor. The petitioner seeks regularisation in service in the light of Ext. P3 memorandum. Ext. P4 representation put in by the petitioner in this regard is pending.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P4 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
