JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is aggrieved by non-consideration of Ext.P3 petition by the 1st respondent/District Collector in his capacity as a District Magistrate under Section 145 of Code of Criminal Procedure, has approached this Court. 2.Heard the learned Government Pleader for the respondents as well.
3.The petitioner alleges breach of peace on account of the dispute concerning a land.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that, Ext.P3 shall be considered by the 1st respondent, after conducting necessary enquiry and also affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties including the petitioner and take into a logical conclusion,
W.P.(C) No. 27446 of 2015 (E) in accordance with law. Needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
