J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, the Manager of an aided school has filed two applications Exts.P5 and P8 before the Secretary to Government, General Education Department, the 1st respondent herein. The prayer in Ext.P5 is to sanction one additional post and the prayer in Ext.P8 is to approve the appointment made against the said post, for which sanction has been sought.

2. In such circumstance, the 1st respondent shall issue notice by registered post to the petitioner and consider the applications at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this judgment. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on merits. The writ petition is disposed of.
