JUDGMENT
Shaffique, J.
Petitioners have approached this Court seeking police protection against the 5th respondent who is the son of the petitioners. According to the petitioners, though the 5th respondent has given sufficient properties, he is still threatening the petitioners and demanding to give the other properties belonging to the petitioners.
2. The Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that crime has been registered against the 5th respondent and the investigation is still pending. It is also
W.P. (C ) No. 30176 of 2013 - V submitted that after registering the crime, no further untoward incident have been reported.
3. In such circumstances, we do not think that any further directions are required to be issued in this petition as prayed for. However, we make it clear that if there is any further threat from the 3rd respondent, it shall be open for the petitioners to approach the police who shall look into the matter and act in accordance with law.
