JUDGMENT

The petitioner laments that Ext.P4 temporary permit was granted only for 20 days despite Ext.P2 notification and Ext.P3 judgment. Ext.P5 application for re-issue of temporary permit is pending consideration.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P5 application in the wake of Ext.P2 notification and Ext.P3 judgment. The same shall be done within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
