J U D G M E N T

The petitioner claims to be the possession of the land in resurvey No.232/2B of Koolimuttam Village of Thrissur District. According to the petitioner, this is a converted land before the Act 28 of 2008.

The petitioner has approached the 2nd respondent under clause 6 of the land Utilization Order. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the application after verifying the status of the land in the draft data bank. Needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment after notice to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
